◎ General Description

Good wash-off disperse dyes printing thickener EM-626  is an anionic acrylic polymer, serving as coloring carrier in fabric printing with disperse dyes on polyester or polyester blended fabrics. Good benefits when mixed with natural thickener such as  tamarind, sodium alginate, guar etc.

◎ Properties and characteristics

1.Excellent degumming and good hand feeling.

2. Have good compatibility with sodium alginate, guar gum, tamarind gum, starch or other gum and also do not affect the effect of degumming and hand feel.

3.Energy saving and emission reduction, and sewage discharge reduction.

4.Increase the dyeing rate of the printing paste.

◎ Application

Sodium alginate or other gum prepared into basic paste. According different fabric, take basic paste 30%-70% and then add 2% - 4% thickener, stir evenly. Then ready for printing. Such as below:

1.Natural Stock Paste

Natural Gum    8%

Citric acid     0.1%

Water        91.9%

Total          100%

2.Printing paste

Basic paste   50%

dyes             X%

Water          Y%

EM-626        3%

Total         100%

EM-626 and Sodium alginate or Other Gum can also be prepared into basic paste firstly,and then adjust the viscosity of the printing paste according to the proportion of the basic paste taken.

Remark: The gum can be sodium alginate, tamarind, guar gum, etc
