Anti-flushing pigment printing thickener EM-PTP is a kind of high concentred synthetic thickener focusing on solving flusing problem in polyester and polyester blended fabrics

◎ Technical Data

Appearance：Milky white to yellowish viscous fluid

Composition：Dispersions of acrylic polymers

Ionic Property：Anionic

Solid Content: 72±2%

PH Value：6~7

◎ Properties and Features

1.Outstanding anti-flushing result with very sharp printing outlines

2. Applicable for printing on cotton, polyester or polyester blended fabrics.

3. Applicable for different printing technique on flat screen, rotary screen, roller, handy  screen etc.

4. Excellent anti-electrolyte property and water absorbing quality, compatible with most kinds of printing binders.

5. It can be added directly to mixed printing paste for enhance the viscosity or used together with water for stock paste(pigment paste, binder and other composition not yet added), convenient in application.

6. Free from screen choking problem.

◎ Recommended Dosage

1.5%-2.2%, depending on the binder, pigment paste and other additives used together and appropriate viscosity normally required for printing.

◎ Package

60kg/130kg net in plastic drum.

◎ Notes

1. Keep in ventilated, cool and dry place with temperature under 40C.

2. Don’t keep it in containers made of soft steel, copper, aluminum or in rusty containers.

3. Keep away from water during storage.

4. Stir well before use.
