◎ General Description

EM-5306 is a new type of polymer compound with an ester-based structure, causing minimal damage to spandex fibers and elastic fabrics during washing. It offers anti-elasticity loss effects and superior long-lasting anti-staining performance, suitable for anti-staining in denim washing and anti-staining soaping of white backgrounds in polyester printed fabrics..

◎ Properties and Features

1. Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and electrolyte-resistant

2. Long-lasting anti-redeposition performance, maintaining effectiveness for 60 minutes

3. Minimal impact on elasticity; dosage can be appropriately increased for elastic denim

4. Compatible with enzyme baths or can be added to enzyme powder to enhance anti-redeposition effects

5. Can be directly mixed with water at various temperatures, neutral or acidic cellulase, and promotes enzyme activity

2. Usage Methods

2.1 Recommended Dosage: 0.1-0.5% (o.w.f)

2.2 Application Examples in denim washing:

EM-5306: 0.1-0.5% (o.w.f)

Enzyme solution: 0.5g/L

Bath/liquor ratio: 1:10-1:15; Processing conditions: 40-50℃  for 20-30mins
