◎ Application
1.The material adding sequence as below:
Soft water--resist salt---sodium bicarbonate--Stirring for 5 minutes to dissolve--sodium alginate--stirring for 30 minutes--EM-615F--Urea--EM-620 add water and stirring 30 minutes, then basic paste are ready to use
Remark: if allowed,please stock the basic paste for 8 hours.

A. Resist salt 1.5%
B. Sodium bicarbonate 5%
C. Sodium alginate 1.5%
D. Water 78.5%
E. EM-615F-02 2.5%
F. Urea 10%
G. EM-620 1%

3.Printing Paste recipe:
Stock paste 60% stock paste 70% stock paste 80% stock paste

Note:
1. The factory can choose the proportion of base paste according to the depth of dye and machine type. Can also adjust the dosage of EM-615F in the stock paste according to their own conditions.
2. The dosage of urea can be adjusted according to fabric fiber type and process selection .

1.The product is environmental friendly product, and is not subject to IATA DGR. Please follow the general rule for chemicals while transport and storage.
2.Please keep in cool, ventilated place.
3.When the temperature getting cold, thickener would become thickening, but would not affect printing performance.
4.Guarantee period: one year.
5.Package is 60kg/drum, 130kg/drum.
