◎ General Description

EM-2103 is composed of a compound of organic chelating agents and dispersants, it exhibits excellent chelating capacity for metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, and iron. Suitable for pretreatment and dyeing processes.

Appearance：Yellowish transparent viscous liquid

Ionic Property：Anionic

Solid Content：40±2%

PH Value：7.0-8.0

Solubility: Dilutable with cold water at any ratio.

◎ Properties and Features

1. Excellent chelating and dispersing abilities in the pH range of 2 - 12.

2. Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, and oxidant-resistant; applicable for oxygen bleaching and chlorine bleaching.

3. Superior chelating performance for calcium, magnesium, iron and other metal ions, effective in water softening.

4. Removes calcium soap deposits in equipment and prevents scaling.

5. Prevents dye aggregation during reactive dyeing, avoiding dye defects such as spots and streaks.

6. Enhances dye dispersibility in vat dyeing.

7. Prevents dye agglomeration in disperse dyeing, eliminating dye stains.

8. Removes surface dye and prevents redeposition during soaping of reactive dyed and printed fabrics, improving wash fastness

1.1 Pretreatment and dyeing of various fabrics.

1.2 Soaping process after reactive dyeing and printing.

  2. Usage Methods

  2.1. Recommended dosage: 0.25 ~ 1g/L.

2.2. Application Examples:

I.Scouring and bleaching of cotton knitwear (pretreatment):EM-2103  0.25 ~ 0.5g/L

II.Soaping of cotton knitwear after reactive dyeing:  EM-2103  0.25 ~ 1g/L

Process conditions: Bath ratio 1:10 ~ 1:15, temperature 98 ~ 100℃, treatment time 15 ~ 20min → Water washing.
