EM-2102

◎ General Description

EM-2102 is composed of a blend of special surfactants, it exhibits excellent penetration, detergency, dispersion, and emulsification capabilities. Suitable for the pretreatment of cotton woven fabrics and their blends.

◎ Technical Data

Appearance：Colorless to Yellowish transparent liquid

Ionic Property：Anionic/non-ionic

Solid Content：69±2%

PH Value：5.0-6.0

Solubility: Easily soluble in cold or hot water.

◎ Properties and Features

1. Low foaming, alkali-resistant (≥120g/L).

2. APEO-free.

3. Outstanding penetration and emulsification under both high and low temperatures.

4. Applicable to both pad-steam and cold pad-batch processes.

5. Excellent detergency and emulsifying power, ensuring good whiteness, high and uniform capillary effect, and preventing edge-center differences.

Pre-treatment of cotton woven fabrics and their blends.

2. Usage Method

2.1. Recommended dosage: 8 ~ 16g/L.

2.2. Application Example (Cotton Woven Fabric Scouring-Bleaching One-Bath Process):

Scouring Agent EM-2102                8-16 g/L

Chelating Dispersant                     2-4 g/L

Hydrogen Peroxide Stabilizer EM-2106    4-10 g/L

    30% Hydrogen Peroxide (H₂O₂)       30-80 g/L

    100% Caustic Soda (NaOH)             20-60 g/L

2.3. Process: Padding → Steaming at 100-102℃ for 60-90 minutes.
