◎ General Description

EM-2108 is composed of fatty alcohol ethoxylates, it possesses excellent detergency, emulsification, and dispersion capabilities. Suitable for degreasing in the pretreatment of various knitted fabrics.

◎ Technical Data

Appearance：Colorless transparent liquid

Ionic Property：Non-ionic

Solid Content：57±2%

PH Value(10% solution)：7.0-8.0

Solubility: Easily soluble in cold or hot water.

◎ Properties and Features

1. Low foaming; foam decreases gradually with increasing temperature and is basically foam-free at high temperatures.

2. APEO-free and biodegradable.

3. Resistant to hard water and electrolytes.

4. Outstanding detergency, emulsification, and dispersion performance.

5. Excellent removal capacity for various spinning oils and prevents redeposition of the removed oils.

6. Capable of removing machine oil and other oil stains contaminated during fabric processing, and avoids redeposition of the removed stains.

2. Usage Method

2.1. Recommended dosage: 0.5 ~ 2g/L.

2.2. Application Example:

Degreasing agent EM-2108: 0.5 ~ 2g/L

Soda Ash (Na₂CO₃): 1 ~ 2g/L

Bath ratio: 1:5 ~ 1:15; Treatment temperature: 90 ~ 100℃; Treatment time: 30 ~ 50 minutes.
