◎ General Description

EM-5302 is a highly concentrated liquid acid cellulase produced by advanced submerged liquid fermentation and downstream processing technology. Specifically designed for the biopolishing of cellulosic fibers in the textile dyeing industry and the enzyme washing process in the garment washing industry, it can be used directly or after dilution.

Suitable for bio-polishing,enzymatic washing and fading,hand feel optimization of denim fabrics or garment.

2. Usage Methods

2.1 Recommended Dosage: 0.5-1.0% (o.w.f)

2.2 Application Examples:

Processes of Impregnation Method：

EM-5302: 0.5-1.0% (o.w.f)

under pH 5.0-6.5 (adjusted with acetic acid),at temperature 30-55℃,dipping for 15-75 minutes

Reaction Termination:

I. Add sodium carbonate solution to adjust pH to 9.0-9.5.

II. Raise temperature to ≥80℃ and hold for 20 minutes.

III. Perform water washing twice.
