EM-2205 is Composed of a special blend of high-molecular polyamine compounds, this product exhibits excellent fixing performance. It is designed for color fixing of reactive and direct turquoise dyed or printed fabrics.

Color fixing of reactive and direct turquoise dyed or printed fabrics.
2.Usage Methods
2.1. Recommended Dosage:
Padding method: EM-2205 5 - 20g/L
Immersion method: EM-2205 0.5 - 2% (o.w.f)
2.2. Application Examples:
Padding Fixing Finish: EM-2205 3 -20g/L
Process: Padding → Drying → Setting (optimum temperature above 150℃)
Immersion Fixing Finish: EM-2205 0.3 - 2% (o.w.f)
Process: Bath ratio 1:10 ~ 1:20, immersion at 20 ~ 40℃ for 15 ~ 20min → Dewatering → Drying → Setting
