◎ General Description

EM-3202 is composed of special ethoxylated compounds through compounding, it exhibits excellent retarding dyeing, migration dyeing and dispersing capabilities. Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics.

◎ Properties and Features

1. Excellent retarding dyeing ability: reduces initial dyeing rate and ensures synchronous dyeing of mixed dyes

2. Excellent migration dyeing ability: guarantees dyeing uniformity

3. Excellent dispersibility: prevents dyes from precipitating from dispersed micelles and avoids color spots/streaks

4. Low dosage saturation point, allowing flexible dosage adjustment as needed

5. Does not affect color yield and improves dyeing reproducibility

6. Low foaming, suitable for various high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing equipment

◎ Application

1. Range of application

High-temperature and high-pressure dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics, especially suitable for beam dyeing and cheese yarn dyeing.

2. Usage Methods

2.1 Recommended Dosage: 0.5-1.5g/L 

2.2 Application Examples:
