EM-3302

◎ General Description

EM-3302 is composed of amide-based macromolecular compounds, it is a hydrophilic finishing agent with excellent wash resistance. Suitable for use in the same bath as dyeing, it imparts wash-durable moisture-absorbing and quick-drying functions to most fiber fabrics.

◎ Properties and Features

1. Low yellowing and minimal color change

2. High-concentration product, easily soluble in cold water

3. Usable in the same bath as dyeing

4. Provides a certain degree of soft and smooth hand feel; can also be compounded or used in the same bath with silicone oil

5. Excellent temperature resistance and wash resistance; high-temperature setting does not affect hydrophilicity

6. Little impact on the original color fastness of fabrics

Suitable for use in the same bath as dyeing, it imparts wash-durable moisture-absorbing and quick-drying functions to most fiber fabrics.

2. Usage Methods

Before hydrophilic finishing, ensure the fabric is thoroughly washed without any residues, especially hydrophobic substances such as size and sewing oil. If residues exist, perform pre-treatment to remove them first; select the optimal application method according to yarn type and fabric structure.

2.1 Recommended Dosage:

 Padding method (1:3 dilution): 5 - 40g/L

 Exhaustion/Dipping method (1:3 dilution): 0.5 - 4% (o.w.f)

2.2 Application Examples:

Exhaustion/Dipping Method Finishing

EM-3302 (1:5 dilution): 3 - 10% (o.w.f)

Under pH value: 4.5 - 5.0 (adjusted with acetic acid)

Process: React at 50 - 70°C for 20 minutes (under normal drying conditions)

Padding Method Finishing

EM-3302 (1:5 dilution): 30 - 100 g/L

Under pH value: 4.5 - 5.0 (adjusted with acetic acid); under normal drying conditions

Calculation of EM-3302 Dosage Based on Pick-Up Rate

Example:

- If pick-up rate = 100%, EM-3302 10 g/L;

- If pick-up rate = 80%, then EM-3302 12.5 g/L
