◎ General Description

EM-2109 is a product derived from the fermentation of genetically modified molds. It can completely decompose hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water, without reacting with dyes or causing adverse effects on fiber strength.

Removal of residual hydrogen peroxide on fabrics after oxygen bleaching.

2.Recommended Dosage and Process

2.1. Recommended dosage: 0.1-0.4g/L

2.2. Application Example:

Process Formula:

Oxygen Scavenger EM-2109 0.1-0.4g/L, under pH 5-8, treatment at 20-55℃ for 15-20 minutes.

Process Flow:

Alkali-oxygen one-bath scouring and bleaching → Water washing and neutralization → Adding catalase (detect complete decomposition of hydrogen peroxide with hydrogen peroxide test paper) → Dyeing (no need to drain liquor)
