Suitable for the pretreatment of cotton, viscose and other related blended knitted fabrics.

Usage Method

  1.Recommended dosage: 0.5~2 g/L

2. Application example: Cotton knitted fabric scouring and bleaching one-bath process

    Scouring agent EM-2101              0.5-2 g/L

Chelating dispersant EM-2103       0.25-0.5 g/L

Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer EM-2106   0.5-2 g/L

30% H₂O₂                          2-8 g/L

100% Caustic Soda                     1-2 g/L

  Bath ratio: 1:5 ~ 1:15; Temperature: 85 ~ 100℃; Treatment time: 40 ~ 60 minutes
