◎ General Description

EM-5305 is composed of special carboxylic acid derivatives, it effectively protects the molecular structure of spandex during high-temperature processing, preventing damage and performance degradation of elastic fibers. Specifically designed for the finishing process of spandex-containing fabrics.

Temperature Resistance Limit: ≤210℃ (anti-yellowing)

2. Color Stability: Inhibits spandex yellowing under heat treatment at 210℃

2. Usage Methods

2.1 Recommended Dosage: 20-40 g/L(Padding finishing)

2.2 Application Examples in padding processing:

I. Prepare working solution (pH 4.5-5.0, adjusted with acetic acid)

II. Pad-dry-pad (wet pickup: 70-80%)

III. Drying → Setting (recommended temperature: 180-200℃) process
