◎ General Description

EM-2305 is a fatty amide-based softener, featuring outstanding fluffy, soft and full hand feel with excellent hydrophilicity. It is suitable for the hand feel finishing of all fibers, their blends and leather materials, especially for denim fabrics and fluff-type products.

Appearance：Light yellow or yellow translucent liquid

pH Value：6.0-7.0

Solubility：Soluble in hot oil and organic solvents

◎ Properties and Features

1. Easy to dissolve: can be diluted with water gradually while stirring at room temperature, forming a white emulsion after dilution

2. Environmentally friendly: free of APEO, no irritating odor

3. Offers outstanding fluffy, soft and full hand feel, along with excellent hydrophilicity

4. Good compatibility when used in the same bath with other cationic auxiliaries

2. Usage Methods

2.1 Recommended Dosage:

 Padding method: EM-2305(20% solution): 10 - 60g/L

   Dipping method: EM-2305(20% solution): 1 - 6% (o.w.f)

2.2 Application Examples:

Padding finishing process:

EM-2305(20% solution): 10 - 60g/L  Padding → Drying → Setting

Dipping finishing process:

EM-2305(20% solution): 1 - 6% (o.w.f) Dipping → Dehydration → Drying → Settings
